Over the course of 16 weeks, the AI Value Game for Middle Management program will help you grow from someone who uses AI primarily for personal productivity into a leader who can identify the biggest opportunities, build a compelling business case, and drive change all the way to measurable results.
At the end of the program, you won't just leave with inspiration. You will take away a specific AI transformation project ready to be presented to your manager or company leadership—including an economic and commercial business case, ROI, stakeholder map, change narrative, and implementation plan.

What to expect during the 16 weeks
The program consists of four consecutive modules. Each one will take you a step further—from understanding your own readiness to developing a specific transformation project you can confidently present to your manager or the board.
Module 1: How ready are you for AI transformation?
At the beginning of the program, you will get a clear picture of where you, your team, and your organization stand today. Using an initial diagnostic tool, you will map your current level of working with AI and uncover what is truly holding you back.
You will select 2–3 specific opportunities with the highest potential and learn to distinguish where AI brings true business value versus where it only offers incremental productivity gains.
Module 2: How to create business value with AI
You will learn to look at AI through the lens of value. You will understand where the greatest potential lies within processes, how to identify key value drivers, and why the biggest benefits come from a true reinvention of processes rather than minor tweaks. You will learn to envision the future state of a process where AI fundamentally changes roles, decision-making, data handling, and technology usage.
You will see how this change translates into higher productivity, better customer experience, faster decision-making, lower costs, or new revenue streams. You will prepare arguments that clearly demonstrate where the value comes from, how it will be created, and why the project makes strategic and economic sense to the CFO and the board.
Module 3: How to gain support for change
Even the best business case will fail if stakeholders remain locked in their silos and only look for value within their own scope. You will gain practical tools for communication and leading change across the organization.
In this module, you will create a compelling change narrative, map key actors, and learn how to work with them so that potential opponents become partners.
Module 4: How to turn your plan into reality
In the final module, you will move your project into execution. You will design specific implementation steps, a change adoption strategy, and create a team roadmap of AI initiatives that will continue to bring value to the company in the future.
You will conclude the program with a final project presentation.
