He gained more than 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across local, regional, and global roles, including 9 years abroad with Pfizer and Sandoz.
Through managing national and regional organizations, restructuring, and building new organizations, he developed his ability to navigate diverse corporate cultures and national environments.
He has led organizations and teams in the Czech Republic and across Europe at companies such as Knoll AG, BMS, Pfizer, CR Bard, and Ipsen Pharma.

Patrik has over 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding local, regional, and global positions, including 9 years abroad with Pfizer and Sandoz.
In his most recent role as the General Manager at Ipsen Pharma, he established a regional organization encompassing 14 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
Personal life
Helping others overcome challenges on their journey to success requires the ability to tackle obstacles yourself. That’s why Patrik took up winter swimming in open water years ago, learned how to build computers, bake Christmas cookies, and design gardens.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the mountains, by the water, cycling, playing tennis, or working out at the gym. There, he always discovers new challenges and strives to find ways to overcome them faster or more efficiently.
