I build on a unique combination of experience in line management, project management, and strategic consulting. As a leader, I believe in authenticity – I motivate people and teams to deliver results through clarity, leading by example, and demonstrating the real impact of every step.
Experience
I built my practice in Big Four environments (PwC, EY) and within the E.ON energy group, where I spent over 6 years in key management roles.
- At E.ON, I held various senior management and project roles, leading teams of different sizes, overseeing transformation projects, and managing financials both locally and internationally
- In consulting, I designed operating models and risk management strategies for key market players

Father of very energetic twins who loves life, sports, and business.
