Ondra enjoys working with people, their development and motivation. He helps them find their talents to live a happy and fulfilled life. His strengths lie in empowering individuals' intrinsic motivation and creating psychological safety in teams to deliver excellent results with low turnover. Ondra is convinced that through teamwork and a properly set "why", i.e. the reason for the company's existence, long-term loyalty of both employees and customers is gained. At ATAIRU, Ondra is responsible for open leadership programs, tailored programs for companies and working with top management. He helps leaders build successful businesses based on intrinsic motivation of people and collaboration between teams.


Experience

Ondra has 18 years of banking experience, including 15 years in leadership positions in sales, operations and risk. He adds the most value in building high performing and motivated teams and connecting them across the organization.

As a board member and head of sales for a building society, he has been involved in the strategy of the business as well as changes within his area. Under his leadership, Buřinka achieved its best ever trading results - for example, increasing the volume of loans sold by 60%. Thanks to a well-set team plan, his teams achieved one of the highest employee NPS. 

In Risk Management, he set up new processes and improved existing ones, focusing on the effective integration of risk and business. In Operations, he managed teams of 130+ people.


Personal life

Ondra's first priority is his family and the time he spends with them. Ideally in the form of recreational sports or developmental games. He enjoys going beyond his comfort zone. He finds inspiration and peace in nature and gardening.
