Radka Dohnalova is an entrepreneur who believes that the ability to learn, unlearn or relearn is the most important one in today’s world. My purpose is to make game-setting leadership education accessible. I am the founder and CEO of ATAIRU, a purpose-driven international leadership development company with the ambition to impact 1 million people positively. My strength lies in building a fast-growing EduTech company by focusing on future-ready leadership content and innovations & technology.

In the last decade, ATAIRU has grown over 30% per year, and it has become one of the top 10 leadership development companies in Europe & most innovative in the Czech Republic. I co-authored several internationally acclaimed development programs. My focus is on transformation, strategy, and change leadership projects. I primarily work with CEOs and C-level leaders/teams as a coach, mentor and facilitator in the Czech Republic and internationally. I have also actively contributed to debates on the future of leadership and have been frequently featured in media such as Forbes.

For the last few years, I have been focusing on building a technological ecosystem of international leadership development products - ATAIRU Leadership TV, ATAIRU Lab and STRATAIRU. ATAIRU Leadership TV, in its first two years, had 100+ companies with over 80% viewership, 85% satisfaction rate and over 50,000 data points & benchmarks collected. Currently, we are developing STRATAIRU, a unique methodology focused on strategy definition, communication and operationalisation (used by 50+ companies).
