Radka is an entrepreneur who believes that the ability to learn, unlearn, or relearn is the most important one in today’s world, and her purpose is reinventing education and leadership globally to activate authenticity and adaptability. She is the founder and CEO of ATAIRU, a purpose-driven international education company, top 10 leadership development company in Europe, and no. 1 in the Czech Republic.
At ATAIRU, Radka has co-authored a number of development programs including Authentic & Adaptive Leadership, Disruptive Leadership Inside Out program focusing on the delta in digital era leadership, and actively contributed to debates on the future of leadership including Peter Diamandis' Abundance 360 and TEDxEducation. She has been frequently featured in media including Forbes, Profit, Hospodářské Noviny and Marie Claire.
Since 2020 Radka has focused on setting foundations for technological ecosystem of products designed for the digital world - ATAIRU LEADERSHIP TV and ATAIRU Lab. As part of ATAIRU Lab Radka has started a partnership with PwC and co-created the concept Digital Adaptive Organization (DAO). Through close collaboration with companies & leaders and assessing their DAO readiness, ATAIRU is able to bring more data & insights to the whole Adaptive Leadership area.
Before founding ATAIRU, Radka held various positions in business internationally, including McKinsey & Company, and the UN World Food Programme. As part of her MBA program at Harvard Business School, she co-authored The Authentic and Integrated Leadership Model. She lives with her husband and three children in Prague and Spindleruv Mlyn, where their family business is located.
Radka lives with her husband and three children in Prague and Spindleruv Mlyn, Czech Republic. In her free time, she learns about ASD (one of her sons is autistic) and ayuverda, goes in for sports (winter sports, ice cold water swimming), and enjoys wellbeing.
