Radka is an entrepreneur who believes that the ability to learn, unlearn or relearn is the most important one in today’s world and her purpose is to make game-setting leadership education accessible. She is the founder and CEO of ATAIRU, a purpose-driven international leadership development company with ambition to create 1 million leaders by 2027. Radka’s strength lies in building a fast-growing EduTech company through focus on future ready leadership content, international team and innovations & technology.
In the last decade ATAIRU has grown over 30% per year and it became one of the top 10 leadership development companies in Europe & most innovative in the Czech Republic. Radka has co-authored a number of internationally acclaimed development programs, e.g. Authentic & Adaptive Leadership or Disruptive Leadership Inside Out. She has also actively contributed to debates on the future of leadership, including Peter Diamandis' Abundance 360 and TEDxEducation. She has been frequently featured in media such as Forbes.
For the last few years, Radka has focused on building a technological ecosystem of international leadership development products - ATAIRU Leadership TV, ATAIRU Lab and ATAIRU Strategy. ATAIRU Leadership TV, in its first year, had 100+ companies with over 80% of viewership, 85% satisfaction rate and over 35 000 data points & benchmarks collected. Currently, ATAIRU is continuously investing in the development of its own technology and experimenting with the latest tech innovations.
Before founding ATAIRU, she held various positions in business internationally, including McKinsey & Company and the UN World Food Programme. As part of her MBA program at Harvard Business School, she co-authored The Authentic and Integrated Leadership Model.
Radka lives with her husband and four children in Prague and Spindleruv Mlyn, Czech Republic. In her free time, she learns about ASD (one of her sons is autistic) and ayuverda, goes in for sports (winter sports, ice cold water swimming), and enjoys wellbeing.
