What re-invention is and why it matters right now
Re-invention is not a project with a completion date. It is the ability to keep finding value in a world that has changed again in the meantime.
In the age of AI, it is becoming one of the most important leadership competencies. It is not about using new technologies. It is about the ability to keep questioning established assumptions, look for new opportunities and create the future of your business before someone else does.
ATAIRU Re-Invention Leadership is a seven-day program for business owners, directors and senior leaders who want to develop this ability systematically. Throughout the program, you will work on a real challenge of your own and gradually turn it into a concrete plan of change for yourself, your business and your team.
Seven days. One real challenge. One re-invention plan.
The workshops build on each other and form a single journey. From a new ambition and the search for value in the age of AI, through designing a solution and a strategy, to winning others over to the change and preparing your team for it.
You will not work on case studies. You will bring your own challenge to the program and apply and test the new approaches straight away in your own business context.
You will not leave the program with inspiration alone. Every workshop ends with a concrete output that adds to your personal re-invention plan.

Before you give the program nine months, give it two hours
At an evening with the trainers, you will find out in two hours whether the program is right for you.
11 November 2026, 18:00, Prague-Karlín. No obligation, free of charge.

7 connected workshop days that lead from ambition to plan
WORKSHOP #1
Re-Think My Direction
Find the future you want to create
Every re-invention starts with deciding where you want to go. You will step out of day-to-day operations and look at your business and your own role as a leader from a new perspective. Using the Play to Win principles, you will look for opportunities where you genuinely want to succeed in the future, instead of just improving the current state.
Turn direction into personal ambition
The Stage on Mars experience lets you look at your own future from a distance. You will imagine a situation in which your ambition has already been fulfilled and name what you achieved, what you had to change and who you had to become along the way. You will clarify your personal and business ambition and choose a real challenge to work on throughout the program.
WORKSHOPS #2 & #3: Two days together outside Prague, with an overnight stay
Re-Design My Business
Day 1: Find the real value of AI
You will understand why most AI initiatives stop at personal productivity and how to use AI as a means of re-inventing processes and creating real business value. Through the AI Value Game® you will learn the four levels of creating value with AI and tell apart personal productivity, optimising current work and genuine re-invention of the business.
You will adopt the AI-first principle – designing processes as if AI had been a natural part of them from the very beginning. You will identify the processes with the greatest potential, choose a specific opportunity and design a new way of working that brings value to customers, employees and the company.
Day 2: Turn new possibilities into a tested solution
Building on the design from day one, you will look for new paths for your own business challenge. Using Design Thinking principles and the Mash-up method, you will cross the boundaries of your industry, connect inspiration from seemingly unrelated fields and create new solution concepts.
You will turn the most promising idea into a first testable form. You will test its key assumptions, gather feedback and find out what needs to change before you invest more time, energy and resources in implementation.
WORKSHOP #4
Re-Inforce My Resilience
Learn how you react under pressure
Re-invention brings uncertainty, resistance and moments when the certainties you have relied on stop working. You will understand what happens in your brain and body under stress and recognise your automatic reactions in demanding situations. You will learn to create space between the first impulse and a conscious response.
Build a system of long-term resilience
Resilience does not mean enduring everything. It means managing your energy, attention and capacity so that you can make decisions, perform and lead others over the long term. You will try out practical techniques and create your own system of habits to use when leading change and in everyday working life.
WORKSHOP #5
Re-Shape My Strategy
Turn ambition into strategy
A strong ambition or a good idea is not yet a strategy. Building on the outputs of the previous workshops, you will clarify where you want to succeed, what new value you want to create and what should set your approach apart. You will create a strategy on one page that connects your ambition, the new solution and the path to making it happen.
Decide where to put your energy
The biggest enemy of a strategy is rarely a bad idea, but too many priorities. You will distinguish what has a real strategic impact from what merely keeps you and your people busy. You will set your key priorities, the first implementation steps and also the activities you need to say no to, so that there is room for the future.
WORKSHOP #6
Re-Create My Story
Turn strategy into a clear story
Even the best strategy will not happen if people do not understand it. You will learn to separate the important from the unimportant, build a convincing argument and turn complex change into a clear message. Using the ACCA framework, you will show not only what needs to change, but above all why the change matters right now.
Win people over to change
People do not decide to change on the basis of the right data alone. They need to see meaning, direction and their own role. You will create the story of your re-invention and prepare how to communicate it to different groups of people. You will use AI as a partner in building your argument, presentation and visual support, so that it amplifies your ideas without replacing your authenticity.
WORKSHOP #7
Re-Build My Team
Create an environment for the future
The future is not created by a lone leader. It is created by people who are not afraid to bring new ideas, disagree constructively, point out a risk, admit a mistake or take responsibility. You will connect psychological safety with high performance standards and name the principles of the environment your team needs for change and innovation.
Complete your re-invention plan
You will look at your team in terms of future competencies, attitudes and ways of working together. You will determine what must change for the team to deliver the new strategy. You will connect all the outputs of the program, complete your personal re-invention plan and set the first steps you will take when you return to your company.
What you will take away from the program
Not just new knowledge and inspiration, but above all concrete outputs you can use in your work straight away:
-
a clearly formulated personal and business ambition,
-
your own strategic challenge to work on during the program,
-
a specific AI opportunity and an AI-first process design,
-
a first tested solution concept for your business challenge,
-
your own personal resilience system for working under uncertainty and pressure,
-
a strategy on one page, including clear priorities,
-
a decision on what you will start doing and what you will stop doing,
-
a story of change and a communication plan,
-
a development plan for a future-ready team.
Above all, you will take away your personal re-invention plan – a concrete and achievable path that connects your ambition, business challenge, strategy, people and first steps after the program ends.
