People, technology and business - the combination that best captures what Marv enjoys the most. He likes to combine trends in technology, psychology, startup experience and passion for talent management and development. Born in Baghdad, he survived two wars, experienced his father as a political prisoner, and lost part of his family and a roof over his head. At the age of 12, Marv moved to Europe, struggled with cultural and social challenges on the edge between childhood and puberty, especially in an effort to quickly adapt and understand the new mindset. To this day, this extreme situation helps him look at the world from different angles and believe that there is a huge opportunity behind every challenge.
Experience
He studied artificial intelligence at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2005. He then studied Change Management & Digital Transformations on Hyper Island, Sweden. He is the founder of the Flowberry platform for talent development and team dynamics. In 2015, he co-founded the company ONEPROVE, today known as Veracity Protocol. He also works as a leader in the field of business innovation, where he worked for the royal family in the United Arab Emirates. He is also a member of the advisory board at PRG.AI, where he shares his experience in the field of Venture Building and Corporate Innovation.
Personal life
Passionate athlete, especially running and fitness. Recently, focused on innovation in education and ways to discover and develop kids' talent. Marv loves traveling, music, art, mindfulness and staying in nature.
