Fascinated by the functioning of the human brain and the psychology of communication in the business environment, she focuses on talent management and related optimization of corporate structures. She is intensively involved in the development of leadership, she likes to combine different approaches, including authentic leadership, systematics and neurolinguistic programming.
Experience
Lenka has experience of all developmental and transformational stages of a company - from a local startup to an international corporation. She currently works as Operations Director at Adexpress, where she built the largest client service department in this segment from scratch, then moved to the role of Operations Director. Prior to Adexpress, she worked for the media agency OMD Czech.
