Experience
In the past, Jan worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a partner at London's Strategy Dynamics Solutions. He currently focuses on supporting the development and use of natural talent, human potential and synergistic cooperation in small, medium and large companies, using, among other things, the approach of Talent Dynamics and Barrett's tools of cultural transformation. He operates internationally and through Prosperity Vision and other partners in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
